  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 50 g sugar or substitute to taste
  • 5-8 ice cubes
  1. Cut strawberries into smaller chunks.

  2. Peel banana and cut them into 3-4 pieces.

  3. Place all ingredients into a bowl, puree till smooth.

Recipe Notes

Whole or soy milk can be used to further improve taste.
Ice cubes increase thickness of the smoothie. Instead, frozen bananas and strawberries can be used.
