- 20 oz pineapple chucks, drained
- 125 ml pineapple liquid
- 1/2 pound dry elbow, cooked macaroni
- 125 ml shredded carrot
- 450 ml sliced cooked ham
- 60 ml green onion
For the dressing:
- 125 ml light mayo
- 125 ml pineapple juice
- 60 ml Greek yogurt
- 15 ml sugar
- 15 ml apple cider vinegar
