I had so much fun on Saturday at the wedding rehearsal dinner and the next day I was hungover so I had to come up with something to feel better. I tried Advil and it didn’t work out, I still felt myself not to the extent I would have expected. It turned out that strawberry mango banana smoothie could help.
Guess how I found this out? I reached to the fridge looking for ice and found a mango and there were couple of frozen bananas, a pack of frozen strawberries in the freezer. Grabbed all this stuff and placed it into the blender.
Strawberry mango banana smoothie
A must have for a hangover free rehearsal dinner.
- 2 cups strawberry
- 1 mango
- 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 peeled banana
- 1/2 cup skim milk
Place all the recipe ingredients into a blender bowl and keep it on for 1 minute.
Add 6 to 8 ice cubes for extra thickness. Skim milk could be replaced with Soy Milk.
