Strawberry mango kiwi smoothie

Being a busy mom it is never easy to juggle everyday work challenges and home routine. With three kids, one of them is a toddler and a part-time freelance work you’d never have time to exercise properly and be a genius in the kitchen simultaneously. You barely have time to fix yourself a quick snack while running around the house. This could drive anyone nuts as there’s never time to prepare a healthy low caloric meals with a lot of cutting, slicing and baking steps. This absolutely fantastic strawberry kiwi smoothie will give you just what you need – healthy and nutritious snack done in a jiffy without extra calories to fill you with energy for the whole day! You could use fresh kiwi and strawberries or frozen ones, adding a good measure of protein powder will make it even more nutritious and healthy.

  • 2 cups strawberries
  • 1 mango
  • 1 cup kiwi
  • 1/2 cup light almond milk
  • 1 cup non fat Greek yogurt


  1. Prepare mango by peeling it and cutting into several pieces. Don’t forget to get rid of the black seeds. 

  2. Using boiling water on the kiwis may easier the peeling, after that chop kiwis into 4 pieces.

  3. Combine the fruits into the blender bowl and swirl for 30 seconds.

  4. Use ice cubes to add an extra layer of thikness. 

  5. Fill high glasses add a straw on the top before serving.
