Strawberry banana cheesecake salad

Most of us love cheesecakes, they have an unbeatable creamy texture and very rich, diverse flavors. This recipe is always a hit, everyone just can’t stop eating this. I choose this recipe for you because it’s super easy and makes a delicious dish.

The cheesecake salad is very creamy and fresh, the mixture of fruits and berries go together really well. This is the perfect salad for your next BBQ and everyone will ask you to share the recipe.

This recipe doesn’t have marshmallows but you can add them. To my taste marshmallows are too sweet, but children love them. You can also experiment with fruits and berries.

This is one of the easiest and tastiest cheesecakes you can make at home. It doesn't require a lot of time to set, you can make it on a free day and enjoy on busy days. It's the perfect treat for the whole family and a perfect side dish for your next party.

Ingredients

  • 1 package soft cream cheese
  • 1 package cheesecake pudding
  • 2 cups strawberries
  • 200 g Coffee Creamer
  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 50 ml lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl and whip cream cheese with a mixer until it's very smooth. It can form beaters but don't stop mixing and it will become the right texture. Add dry pudding and mix until everything is combined.

  2. Add creamer to the mixture and mix them together. Add a tablespoon of creamer at a time and mix everything carefully, or you can overmix and the texture will lose its creaminess. Continue until you add all creamer. You should have a smooth base for your cheesecake salad.

  3. Take another bowl, combine sliced bananas, strawberries and lemon juice. Stir until every piece is covered in lemon juice. Add the mixture and stir again. Make sure all your berries and bananas are coated with cheesecake mixture. Let it chill for a couple of minutes and serve. 

  4. Don't leave it in a fridge for over 3-4 hours.

Recipe Notes

You should spend a bit more time on mixing the ingredients. Don't pour the creamer into the cream cheese because it will get clumpy and you won't be able to fix this. I've tried it and I failed.

If you can't find a creamer, you can combine 60 ml vanilla extract, 160 grams heavy cream and 60 grams powdered sugar together and add to the cream cheese mix.

You can meal prep the components of the salad and refrigerate them. Mix fruits and put in a fridge for up to 3 days. Drain any liquid before serving and let fruits rest on the kitchen table for 10 minutes. Serve when you're ready to enjoy your meal!
