Though, you can spend some more time if you decide to add the garnish. We suggest that steak and shrimp with parmesan sauce could be served with the mashed or baked potato. Though, the rice will also be good enough. Still if you do not have the possibility to grill the meal and shrimp, you can use a simple skillet and your oven.

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp dried basil
  • 2 piece Ribeye steaks 8 ounce each
  • 1/2 pound shrimp (or prawns) tails and shells removed, deveined
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Any Seasoning you like


  1. Be sure that you arrange the grilling process in a proper way and if you use wooden skewers, you’d better soak them in water first.

  2. Meanwhile take the steak and shrimp, season them with salt and pepper as you like and put it onto outside grill or on the stove, turning from time to time to cook them through properly. If the piece of meat is about half of inch thick. It can take you about 5 minutes per every side and you’ll get the medium rare.

  3. Take additional skewers and add the shrimp to them. 

  4. Take a bowl, put the butter into it and melt it in the microwave or over any heat for about 30 seconds. Use this butter in order to brush the shrimp. Sprinkle with seasoning you prefer for this kind of food.

  5. Grill or fry the shrimp in the skittle for about a couple of minutes per every side, flip them over. When they are cooked, they look pink. The cooking process should not last longer than 6 minutes.

  6. Place the grilled products on a serving plate and set it aside.

  7. Now take the heavy cream, pour it into a saucepan and put over the medium heat. Simmer for about a quarter of hour continuously stirring.

  8. Take Parmesan cheese and grate it, then place it into the pan and add basil, salt and pepper. Reduce the heat to the minimum and let it be melting.

  9. Now top the grilled steak and shrimp with the Parmesan sauce.

  10. Serve it hot while the Parmesan is mild.
