  • 1 pound pork sausage (mild ground)
  • 1 pound hot ground pork sausage
  • 30 oz package frozen hash browns
  • 1.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp pepper
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cup milk


  1. Take a large skillet, cut the sausages and put them in it. Cook over medium-high heat. You should stir the sausages until they get crumbled. Ensure that there are no pink areas left. Remove from the fire and drain them well.

  2. Now it’s a turn of hash browns cooking them as it is specified in the instruction. Add salt and pepper.

  3. Take a bowl and put hash browns, sausage, and cheese in it.

  4. Now prepare a baking dish 13- x 9-inch in size, grease it.

  5. Now crack the eggs into a bowl, add mile and whisk carefully. Add some salt.

  6. The egg mixture should be poured evenly over potato and sausages.

  7. If you want to make it faster, you should prebake the oven, otherwise switch it on right now and bake the casserole during 40 minutes over 350°F.
