  • 1 a package of crescent rolls, sheets
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips


  1. Take a bowel and put the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla into it. Mix the ingredients with a mixer until the mass becomes smooth.

  2. Take a crescent roll sheet; unroll it on a working surface stretching it a little bit in order to get a rectangular shape.

  3. Now take the cream cheese that should be of room temperature and spread it carefully over the prepared crescent sheet. Leave some place at the edges so that the filling will not run away during the cooking. The distance should be about half an inch.

  4. Now sprinkle the chocolate chips on the cream cheese. The layer should be thick, if you like chocolate. Though, it depends on your preferences.

  5. Roll the sheet up tightly, take a cling film and wrap the rolled subproduct into it.

  6. Now place a roll into a refrigerator for 2 hours. You are recommended to do all these things in the evening and leave it cooling overnight.

  7. Before starting cooking preheat oven to 350° F.

  8. Cover a baking sheet with a parchment paper. Thus, you will prevent the cookies from sticking.

  9. Take away the film and cut the crescent roll into slices. You get round rolled disks with cheese and chocolate inside. Place them on a baking sheet.

  10. Bake for 12 -14 minutes. The crescent rolls should become golden brown.

  11. Serve warm or room temperature.
