Who says that perfect smoothie has to be low caloric and boring. This one is a heavy runner! Once in in awhile everyone deserves a break from the tedious routine of calories counting and endless exercising world of fitness industry. Fuel up on this tasty creamy and absolutely delicious mix of peanut butter, banana, sugar and your favorite brand of yogurt or milk.

You will need to satisfy this craving to be able to stand tomorrow morning at work. Grab a snack, jump on a couch and turn on the “Fifty Shades of Gray” to get into the right mood. You will be amazed how miraculously banana and peanut butter smoothie will shape your evening and following night. Adding just a tiny whiny tablespoon of vanilla ice cream and crunched peanuts on top wouldn’t hurt as well. Get ready to relax.

A delicious mix of peanut butter, banana, and your favorite yogurt will bring your mood to a real height.

  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup ice cubes
  • 1/3 cup non-fat milk
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 banana, quartered
  • 1 tbsp honey


  1. Vanilla yogurt and honey can be replaced with Almond milk. This should take out 30% the calories. 

  2. Place all ingredients into a bowl, puree till smooth. 

Recipe Notes

Use peanut flour instead of peanut butter to decrease the amount of calories intake. The flavor changes a little bit, but not that critical. If peanut butter version is used it should keep you at high energy level till lunch if a diet one is used another snack might be required in between the breakfast and the lunch.
