  • 1 peeled orange
  • 0.5 banana
  • 60 ml coconut water
  • 250 ml baby spinach
  • 15 ml hemp seeds
  • 2 cubes of ice

Instructions

  1. Take a blender, add all ingredients wand blend until everything is nicely combined. You can add more coconut water to make a consistency more watery. Pour into glasses and enjoy a delicious smoothie.

Recipe Notes

All kinds of fruits are great for this smoothie but not overdo them. The best ratio is 2:1 on spinach to oranges but you can adjust to your preferences. You can start with 1:1 spinach to fruits ratio or use more flavored veggies such as carrots. Blueberries go well with spinach as they cover the taste of other ingredients. Pineapple is naturally sweet fruit and gives smoothies a nice creamy texture. With time, your taste buds will choose your favorite combinations.
