Oatmeal breakfast recipes for diabetics

I love to cook and expand the boundaries of cooking

Oatmeal could be safe as long as water is used as the base (skim milk is less preferable), fruits and sweeteners should be avoided and if one decides to add the main suggestion is to keep the amount of fruit low. No cream should be used.

It goes without saying that instant oat meals are definitely “no go” due to a really long list of ingredients that aren’t permitted, but on the other hand it is great to see what ingredients are used for cooking.

This recipe is basically a good old oatmeal, but in its very healthy variation. By the way, salt could be used and it improves the taste of the meal. Same goes with cinnamon.
