It can achieve up to 15 feet in length and is characterized with delicious taste and healthy benefits. It can replace red meat completely and is used in various diets. It can reduce blood pressure, coronary heart diseases and bad cholesterol. When you eat tuna, you prevent eye disorders, boost immune system and improve your health. Here there is a large amount of protein providing fast recovery, improving muscle tone.

  • 200 g thin rice noodle
  • 12 piece cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 piece lime
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 piece large red chilli
  • 2 piece pink grapefruits, segmented
  • 1/2 piece cucumber (you should peel, deseed and slice them)
  • 2 piece carrots
  • 3 piece spring onions, thinly sliced
  • 400 g cooked large prawn
  • handful mint
  • handful coriander


  1. Take a pan and put the noodles into it. You can break them a little bit, pour boiling water into the pan and leave for 10 mins.

  2. When the noodle soaks the water and becomes tender, it should be drained and rinsed. Drain again thoroughly.

  3. Cut cherry tomatoes into two parts and put them into the same pan. 

  4. Add the lime juice, fish sauce, sugar and diced chilli. 

  5. It is important to provide the balance of spicy, sweet, and sour.

  6. Take a serving dish, transfer to it tomatoes with other ingredient, toss through the noodles. 

  7. Stir all the components and divide the volume you’ve get into 6 parts for 6 servings.

Please mind that all the vegies should be cut in thin sticks to accompany noodle except as otherwise specified. Enjoy your salad with your friends or relatives. It is impossible to refuse this meal!
