Yummy! Here comes the time for my favorite beverage – mango pineapple banana smoothie. I like to put pineapples into everything I cook, be it curry, pineapple salsa or plain pizza. I always have a few pineapples at hand, slice it into spears and use as a midday snack, or take to work or just indulge at a leisure time.
Pineapple is a great fat-burner, due to enzymes it contains, so you may combine it with virtually anything and be less worried about weight scale numbers afterwards. You don’t have to be a genius in the kitchen to cook this healthy refreshing drink.

Mango pineapple banana smoothie burns fat and stays delicious.
- 5 cups coconut juice
- 2 mangos
- 1 banana, large & fresh
- 6 ice cubes
Add the coconut milk into the blender and then - ice cubes, after 30 sec blending add mango and banana.
