  • 2 ripe mangos, peeled
  • 4 kiwis
  • 2 tbl sugar
  • 1 cup yogurt


  1. Cut mango and kiwi into big chunks and place into bowl. Some people prefer to use frozen mango as it’s easier to cut and adds extra freshness into the final mix.

  2. Put everything into blender and add 1 cup of yogurt, and 1 tablespoon of sugar (optional). Blend until ready. If smoothie is gets too thick add half a cup of water or orange juice (optional).

  3. Serve in high glasses with a mint leave on top.
