However overeating in the morning does little good to your digestive system, not mentioning the fact that it would make you even more sleepy after a while as the body needs extra time and resources to process the ample breakfast.

  • 4 oz chicken
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1/2 cup onions (green)
  • 1/2 cup red bell peppers
  • 1/4 tsp grape seed oil
  • 1 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 2 eggs


  1. Pre-heat the pan at 350 degrees (F)

  2. Big bowl is required for the mix

  3. Add chopped spinach to the bowl and add vinegar, mustard and dressing

  4. Chop green onions and add it to the bowl along with grape seed oil 

  5. Use pre-cooked chicken, chop it into cubes and place in the bowl 

  6. Stir the mix in the bowl

  7. Place sunflower oil to the pan and fill the pan with the contents of the bowl

  8. Cook for 10 minutes on medium
