I like smoothies, and over time I started noticing that I’m more inclined to low fat and low carbs version. This is important, as very often one may find a very nice low fat recipe, and it turns out that the amount of carbs in it just skyrockets. That’s why I strongly monitor the both: the fat and the carbs.
By the way, the same approach forks for any other meals. For instance, there are zero far mayos, just of out curiosity you may want to double check how much carbs are there. Low fat smoothie for breakfast
- 3/4 cup skim milk
- 1/2 cup chopped cantaloupe
- 1/2 cup cubed papaya
- 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
- 5 ice cubes
Put all the ingredients into the bowl, blend on medium for 2 minutes
