We offer you everyone favorite mix of eggs and cheese but you can use any type of sausages, ham or bacon. We love the south-western version, too, with lots of colorful vegetables and different types of cheese. If you’re hosting a brunch, this would be a perfect choice.

It’s very important to keep the eggs moving while cooking in the oil if you want to get crispy dish. You can add your favorite sauce for dipping, we recommend trying salsa, honey or maple syrup. It’s all about to make everyone in your family happy!
