- 2-3 pounds chicken breast, chopped
- 12-16 oz fresh broccoli
- 2 pieces garlic cloves
- 4-5 large carrots, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp ginger, chopped
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup cold water
- 3-4 tsp cornstarch
- 1/4 cup honey or sugar
Start with the Teriyaki sauce. Take a bowl and add all the ingredients into it, mix thoroughly.
Take a small sauce pan and put it over the medium to low heat.
Cook the ingredients during about 5 minutes until the sauce get thick. You should stir it often.
Remove the pan from the heat and set aside.
When the sauce gets cool, pour it into a glass container and put into the refrigerator.
Ake a large skillet, put it over the medium heat, pour the olive oil into it.
Add the chicken and carrots into the skillet.
