  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 2 kiwifruit peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 3/4 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries


  1. Place all the ingredients into the bowl.

  2. Add 5-6 ice cubes for frostiness. 

  3. Blend until smooth.

Number of ice cubes may vary, an optimal number would be anywhere between 3 and 7 medium sized ice cubes.
