  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup kiwi
  • 1/2 cup non fat or almond milk
  • 6 ice cubes


  1. Peel kiwis and chop them in smaller chunks.

  2. Put ingredients into the blender and blend on medium for 1 minute.

  3. Add some ice cubes. 

  4. Blend on high until smooth. 

  5. Add a straw and serve.
