Kitchen-aid mixer guacamole

I love to cook and expand the boundaries of cooking

Guacamole has a rich, dark, deep and smoky flavor, and it’s worth the little effort this recipe requires to cook it. This is a quick version of a delicious sauce that you can use for everything. It requires very simple ingredients and it’s much tastier than store-bought versions.

My favorite way to eat it is with jalapeno scoops. You can keep it in a sealed dish in a fridge and use as a special addition to your dinner meals. Chicken, steaks, hamburgers, tacos, wraps and tacos – everything gets much better with guacamole. Your options are limited by your imagination and creativity. Thanks to the kitchen-aid mixer, your work here is minimal.

Kitchen-aid mixer guacamole

The key to a great guacamole is the freshest ingredients that you can find. When shopping for avocados, they should yield to pressure but not feel mushy. They shouldn't be hard to the touch. Put down the green ones and search for a fresher one. Making your own guacamole with kitchen-aid mixer is very simple and requires less than 20 minutes of your time.

  • 3 avocados
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 yellow onion, chopped
  • 1 medium tomato
  • 6 ml cilantro leaves
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 5 ml salt
  • 5 ml pepper
  • 1 jalapeno, chopped

  1. Slice your avocados and remove the pit. Take a spoon and scoop the avocados out. Take a bowl and put avocado mixture in there. Add in the rest of the ingredients. Mash together until smooth. You can leave chunks of vegetables for an crunchy texture or make it creamier. I like my guacamole completely smooth.
