Nothing can beat classical homemade chip cookies, and this homemade dough will be your next favorite recipe. It's very easy to make and it's a real treat to eat. It can be used as the main ingredient for many desserts, such as chocolate chip cookies. Adjust the sweetness of the dough by adding more or less chocolate chips.

  • 130 g butter
  • 100 g sugar
  • 130 g granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 16 ml vanilla extract
  • 280 g flour
  • 16 g salt
  • 16 g baking soda
  • 260 g chocolate chips


  1. If you will make cookies, preheat the oven to 350F. Place parchment paper on a baking sheet and make the dough.

  2. Take a big bowl, add all ingredients except vanilla, baking soda and flour and eggs and mix them together. Then beat in eggs and vanilla. Add flour and baking soda, the dough should be creamy and not powdery. If you make the cookies, place t shaped dough in the oven for 15 minutes. Otherwise wrap the dough with a plastic wrap and place in a freezer.
