Ingredients

  • 100 g sugar
  • 130 g butter
  • 130 g granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 280 g flour
  • 16 g salt
  • 16 ml vanilla extract
  • 16 g baking soda
  • 260 g chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. If you will bake cookies, preheat the oven to 350F. If not, just skip this step and move to the next one. Place parchment paper on a baking sheet and make the dough.

  2. Take a big bowl, add all ingredients except vanilla, baking soda and flour and eggs and mix them together. Then beat in eggs and vanilla. Add flour and baking soda, the texture should be creamy and not powdery.
