Healthy Breakfast Recipes with Eggs and Bacon with Avocado
- 1 medium Avocado
- 2 eggs
- 1 cooked bacon (crumbled)
- 1 tbsp low-fat cheese
- 1 pinch salt
First you should preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Meanwhile start preparing your avocado. You should wash it and cut in half removing the pit.
Take a spoon and help yourself to scoop out some flesh out of the half of avocado in order to arrange more place for egg you are going to put there.
