Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped ham
  • 2 red pepper deseeded and sliced
  • 1 medium onion sliced
  • 7 eggs
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 tsp black pepper
  • 28 oz frozen potatoes
  • 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Pre heat oven to 360 (F) degrees

  2. Use large pan and 2 large bowls (make sure the contents of the bowls will fit the pan)

  3. Put milk and eggs into one, stir 

  4. Frozen potatoes, red peppers, onions, cheese, and ham go into another one

  5. Add some cooking oil onto the pan, put contents of the potato bowl to the pan, pour the contents of the other bowl to the pan

  6. Cook uncovered for 60 minutes 

  7. Enjoy!
