Egg and Bacon Breakfast Muffin Recipes

- 12 slices bacon
- 10 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup green onion (chopped)
- 1/4 cup roasted red pepper (diced)
- 1 tsp butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper (ground)
- 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese (shredded)
To start with you should preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Prepare muffin cups and brush a little bit of butter on it. Put them aside.
Take a frying pan, put the bacon slices into it, and fry them for enough time to get the crispy crust. You can use a particular pan for microwave oven and cook bacon there for 75 seconds.
Now place the browned slices of bacon each into one muffin along the walls up to the edges of the cup.
Take a bowl, beat eggs into it, add milk and blend them together.
Pour the egg mixture into all muffin cups filled in with bacon.
Place a tablespoon of the green onion on the top of six cups and a tablespoon of pepper into remaining six cups.
