Dinner Shrimps

The seafood is the delicious and good for you. A lot of people consume shrimps and prawns and probably do not know that there is a connection between the quality and size of shrimps and the surroundings they inhabit.

To choose the juicier shrimp, you should prefer those, which are in the cold water, to buy the larger one, pay attention to the warm-water shrimps. They can be of various color when raw, but being cooked almost all of them turn to be red or pink with a slight orange tone.

They are rich in protein, calcium, and omega-3 fat oils. It is a pleasant addition to the above said – they are available all year round and can be easily found at market being shelled, unshelled, cooked, raw, fresh or frozen.

This recipe includes also veggies, which are healthy and high in vitamins. Of course, you are free to replace rice noodles, which we suggest, with common vermicelli but the first decision is more interesting. When you repeat all the stages of cooking, you’ll appreciate the taste. What a feast!
