Servings 15

  • 8 crescent rolls
  • 50 ml cooked chicken, shredded
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 15 ml onion, minced
  • 4 ml garlic powder
  • 4 ml salt
  • 4 ml pepper
  • 250 ml mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 60 ml parmesan, grated

For the sauce:

  • 1 can chicken soup
  • 250 ml milk

  1. Preheat your oven to 350F. Take a spray and spray it with oil. Take a bowl and mix all ingredients for the casserole. Let it sit for 5 minutes.

  2. Take a new bowl, mix ingredients for the sauce. The texture should be smooth. Take crescent rolls, cut them into 8 triangles. Place chicken on the wider side of each triangle. Roll up, make sure that everything is sealed. Pinch the sides together. The filling should be closed.

  3. Place the rolls into a pan. Make 2 rows and leave 0.5 inch space in between for the sauce. Pour the sauce on the mixture, but don't cover the rolls completely or they can be soggy and not brown.

  4. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 40 minutes. The top should become brown.
