You just mix the veggies, chicken and spices in a boil, place them in separate foil packets and bake. Can it be any easier? Chicken hobo recipe
Chicken hobo is really easy to make: all you need to do is to put everything in aluminum foil and bake until the chicken is tender. Clean up is very easy since the mess is in the foil and you can even skip the place when you serve the hobo up. It's very flavorful and delicious.
- 1 package chicken flavored stuffing
- 285 ml water
- 4 chicken breasts, boneless
- 450 ml broccoli
- 225 ml cheddar cheese
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 60 ml ranch dressing
Preheat the oven to 400F. Take aluminum foil and spray it with oil. Set aside. Take a bowl and mix together stuffing and water. Spoon ¼ of the mixture onto foil and place chicken breast on top. Add ½ cup broccoli. Add cheese and bacon and drizzle with ranch dressing.
Fold the sides of the foil up to form individual packets. Place the foil onto a baking sheet and bake for 40 minutes. The cooking time depends on the chicken. Place the chicken on the counter and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
