What does Burger King mean? It is fresh flame-broiled smashed patties, smoky bacon and big puffy buns. That’s delicious! You can add to the common ingredients particular sauce and unusual toppings.

In general popularity of Burger King is rather clear. First it is due a wide choice of compounds like tomato, cheese, onion, ketchup, iceberg lettuce, and of course your bun can be covered with sesame seed. Sounds like all the needed ingredients are included. Then the technique does matter.

There are certain steps, which provide the result true to the original. It is so easy to find out what is inside the bun and add some peculiarities if you want. So, the producer takes a frozen ground beef and cooks it until it very well done. Here it will be difficult to keep the origin size because the pressed patty becomes smaller after cooking.

Another difficulty is not to make it too dry or leave undercooked. In order to be sure in the result, you should fry the burger on the first side until it becomes well charred and then turn to the other one just for couple of seconds – the time needed for the super-melty cheese to melt. And that is enough! What is the next step? Follow our recipe.
