tacos with beef and eggs

These tacos with eggs and crispy bacon are worth your time and effort. Prep the main components in advance, put them in a fridge until you’re hungry. All you need to do in the morning is to reheat on the microwave while you prepare the eggs.

This breakfast recipe is one of the easiest to make because you cook everything in one pan, from sausages to eggs to tortillas. You need only the simplest ingredients that you might already have at home. Store-bought sausages are already cooked, so all you need to do is to make the egg while heating the sausage in a microwave or on a pan.

  • 1 chopped avocado
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • 125 ml crumbled cotija cheese

  3. Put eggs in a bowl, add milk and whisk together. Add salt and pepper. Cook over a medium heat until the eggs are softly set. Stir the mixture over with the spatula, eggs shouldn't burn.

  4. Add 2 tablespoon of beef in the tortilla, then scrambled eggs, beans and the rest of the ingredients. Repeat this steps with other tortillas. You can sprinkle it with salsa, cilantro or your favorite sauce. Serve immediately.
