  • 1/2 large yellow onion diced
  • 1/2 cup red pepper diced
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms sliced

  • 8 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)

  2. Drain the cooked bacon on paper towels and let it cool.

  3. Ensure that about two tablespoons of the fat are left in the skillet.

  4. Grate the potatoes using a shredder having the largest holes.

  5. Put the mass to the skillet spreading out evenly.
  6. Sprinkle with salt and cook this potatoes cake for five minutes over medium heat. Then flip it using a spatula and change the temperature to low. Cook during five minutes more.

  9. Season with salt and pepper, and cook under a cover during five minutes approximately. The yolk must be runny while the whites are expected absolutely set.

  10. Remove from the fire.

  11. Place two eggs, bacon and hash browns on a plate and serve when they are warm.

Recipe Notes

The preparation time can be reduced if you do your best. While the bacon strips are fried, start grating the potatoes. At the same time you can put the eggs in a separate frying pan and cook them saving your time. That’s it! And remember an egg contains 4 grams of amino acids involved in building of muscles, a large dose of a choline enhancing memory. So we suggest you a high-protein recipe. Enjoy your tasty simple food and be in good health!
