- 125 ml kefir, flavorless
- 250 ml orange juice
- 1 ml matcha tea powder
- 375 ml organic mango, chopped
- 250 ml sliced peaches
- 250 ml kale leaves
Take a blender and mix all ingredients together. The texture should be creamy and smooth. Serve immediately.
You shouldn't use regular green tea for this smoothie. Matcha is made from high-quality leaves that are kept from sunlight, which makes it much healthier and gives Matcha a darker green color. Other green tea cannot give smoothies the same texture.
You can't make Matcha tea by grinding other green tea leaves. Matcha has a nice savory flavor.
