Ingredients

  • 125 ml kefir, flavorless
  • 250 ml orange juice
  • 1 ml matcha tea powder
  • 375 ml organic mango, chopped
  • 250 ml sliced peaches
  • 250 ml kale leaves

Instructions

  1. Take a blender and mix all ingredients together. The texture should be creamy and smooth. Serve immediately.

Recipe Notes

You shouldn't use regular green tea for this smoothie. Matcha is made from high-quality leaves that are kept from sunlight, which makes it much healthier and gives Matcha a darker green color. Other green tea cannot give smoothies the same texture.

You can't make Matcha tea by grinding other green tea leaves. Matcha has a nice savory flavor.
