bacon cupcake

Watching a cup cake reality show on one of the networks I realized that it would be in fact great to cook some cup cakes at home. The results exceed my expectations, and I decided to write down the recipe.

Bacon cupcake breakfast.

  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 3/4 cup cooked bacon
  • 3 oz shredded cheddar cheese
  • 20 oz refrigerated hash brown potatoes
  • 2 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 6 eggs


  1. Pre heat oven to 390 degrees (F)

  2. Put foil into each cup, spray with cooking spray

  3. Stir potatoes, pepper, salt in a bowl and put the content into the cups

  4. Bake for 50 minutes 

  5. Wash the bowl, crack eggs into it and add milk, swirl on medium for 1 minute

  6. Add bacon pieces and cheese into the bowl 

  7. Press firmly potatoes in the cups and pour the mix into the cups 

  8. Bake for 15 minutes

  9. Let it rest for 10 more minutes
