croissant sandwich

Could you name a one person who does not love croissants? I could not. On my last year trip to France I was stacking myself full with croissants everywhere we went: next to Eiffel tower, Montmartre and of course Champs Elysees.

Croissants for breakfast, lunch and dinner! I didn’t even had place left for onion soup or Nicoise salad. French people really know the knack of making croissants the right way filled with absolutely stunning ingredients. Surprisingly the most delicious ones were sold at the local bakery next to our hotel on a street less frequented by tourists.

Thankfully, nobody needs to actually go to France to have croissant for breakfast. You don’t even have to leave your house for a French bakery. All you need is to make them at home with a little bit of inspiration and our detailed guide recipe!
