Ingredients

  • 8 slices cooked bacon chopped
  • 2 tubes Crescent Rolls
  • 5 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup rich cream
  • 2 cup Cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • salt
  • black pepper (ground it right before sprinkling)

Instructions

  1. You should prepare your oven preheating it to 375°F.

  2. Then take a baking dish 9-13″ in size and grease it using butter or cooking spray the latter is very convenient.

  3. Unpack roll crescent rolls following the producer instructions and place all of them on the bottom of the dish tightly side-by-side.

  4. Take a bowel, crack the eggs into it, whisk them thoroughly, then add milk, cream, salt and pepper. Mist again.

  5. The bacon and cheese are also folded in the half-finished filling.

  6. Pour it to the baking pan just over laid crescent rolls.

  7. Put the pan into the preheated oven and bake the dish for about 25 minutes. Keep the process under control. The rolls should puff and get golden while the egg mixture gets set, do not let it overcook.

  8. Remove from the heat and serve when it gets cool just a little bit being of comfortable temperature to eat. It will make you long for more.
