  • 4 piece dinner rolls
  • 4 piece eggs
  • 4 tbsp fresh cream
  • 2 tbsp cheese (grated)
  • 2 tbsp onions (finely chopped, roasted to golden brown)
  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves (finely chopped)
  • Chaat masala to taste
  • Salt to taste


  1. Preheat the oven to 205 degree С.

  2. Take a baking sheet and line it with some parchment paper.

  3. Take the rolls and cut off the tops from them about 3 inches in height.

  4. Take the breadcrumb out of each roll carefully using a spoon or a knife.

  5. Place the hollow rolls on the baking sheet and set it aside.

  6. Now you need a bowl for mixing cream, chaat masala, onions, and salt.

  7. Put the mixed ingredients into each roll and sprinkle with cheese. Finish with coriander leaves.

  8. Place the sheet into the oven and cook during about 10 minutes. The yolk must be running and cheese must melt.

  9. Serve hot and enjoy this simple, beautiful and tasty meal.
