Best Dinner Salad

When do we eat salad? It can be served before the main food or as an independent dish. There are salads for dessert. They can be cold and warm. Still it is supposed that the best time for it is before meal as far as the salad stills hunger reducing the amount of fatty food rich in calories.

So, it helps with weight control and increases the amount of vitamins, because, when one is hungry, he eats a lot from the very beginning. Though, this is not a binding condition. In France and Italy the salad is served after principle course during formal dinners. It improves digesting in this case. Another time to consume salad is during the main meal. That is common in USA. Well, who cares when the salad should be eaten? It includes veggies and that is important.

Our recipe is full of nutrients. The arugula is the best basis for the rest of components. It has a delicate taste, which won’t interfere in the main gustatory sensation, but add the particular accent.
